OVG was established in 1997 as an independent property developer. OVG complements organisational expertise in the fields of commercial real estate with a strong focus on their clients’ needs and wishes.

OVG was seeking to attract funding for the proposed Deloitte AKD building in Amsterdam and commissioned Assembly Studios to design and build a B2B interactive presentation aimed at investors.

Assembly Studios created an engaging website which combines rich media content and Flash animation to visually communicate the key building features and convey the exciting investment potential of the project. The website is supported by a content management system which gives OVG total control over content updates. An application was developed to download the website as an offline presentation for face to face meetings. The site was also developed in HTML and is enabled for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and Android devices. In addition, we produced a film for the site featuring talking heads of the architects, PLP.
